11/15 - Winter Base Training!
Happy Base season Team!
As part of my new role in the team I'm so excited to announce a base training plan for all! My goal is to make it viable for anyone on the team, those new to "training" and those of us who are a little more seasoned. My idea will be a weekly email newsletter talking about some training tips, answering questions that have come up during everyone's training/riding and provide a weekly set of workouts that can be followed by anyone on the team, whether using RPE(we'll address some basics in this email!) or Power/Heart rate and establishing an FTP, a threshold heart rate or just understanding a different effort. I'll attach my email(obviously) and my phone number if anyone has questions specific to the training, specific to themselves or just general "why would i want to do this?" questions. As we come closer to race season, I'll dive a bit deeper into some aero things and general "sharpening the knife" things you can use for your cycling, whether pinning a number or just a competitive group ride. Again, do not hesitate to reach out with any questions!
First things first: lets go over some key concepts. In order to use the plan you'll need some basic understanding of the training concept I will use, some basic terms such as RPE, Threshold heart rate, FTP and training zones.
First thing: I personally really love Sweet Spot training. This is a wonderful way to get the maximum benefit when you're time crunched. Secondary to that, the zone in which you ride in keeps you interested, it's not a boring pace to numb the mind even when on a trainer. For Sweet Spot, we need to establish training zones. Before that we need to understand some terms:
FTP- Functional Threshold Power: FTP is roughly the power output that you could hold for an hour. To find this, you must do a test. We'll talk about that shortly.
Threshold Heart rate: exactly as it sounds. This is the maximum heart rate you can hold for 1 hour.
RPE- Rate of Perceived Exertion: for this, we'll use a scale of 1-10. 10 being an all out maximum effort. Generally this would be shorter than 1 minute. Think like a final sprint in a race. 1 being a recovery pace: very easy and allowing the muscles to flush out.
Sweet Spot- sweet spot is a very specific zone range. For Power Meter users, this is 84-97% of FTP. For heart rate users it's the same 84-97% of threshold heart rate. For RPE this will be an effort of 7-8 out of 10.
Interval- this will be a prescribed time in a zone. intervals make you fast. they are also hard lol. They get harder the closer we get to the races.
Fatigue Dependent training- the other half of sweet spot training is this. Basically it means that Tuesday will be the hardest workouts(closer to that 97% number) Wednesdays will be closer to that 84% number and Thursdays will be Zone 2
Training cycle- I will schedule the training on a 2 week on, 1 week off cycle. week 3 will be a recovery week. recovery weeks are half the volume, but same intensity.
A normal week will be 5 days of rides/workouts. tue/wed/thur will be the meat and potatoes with Saturday and Sunday being group rides, longer rides, and maybe some workouts. One of the training tips to come will be how to do workouts while in a group ride. Look for this when it gets warmer and we're outside on rides more. The group ride is an invaluable tool for training. I believe wholly in a complete rider. While training and numbers are good: cornering, tactics, pack riding skills and racecraft will always be more important. i'll show you so many examples of the smartest rider winning, not necessarily the strongest.
FTP test- for those using a power meter or smart trainer you'll have to do an FTP test. Apps like; Zwift, TrainerRoad, MyWhoosh etc. all have preset ones you can do. Stick to the 20 minute standard test for your first one. it is the hardest, but it will get you the best data. The 20 minute test will also give you your threshold heart rate as well! In an effort to not keep this email becoming a book, reach out to me with any specific questions regarding the FTP test. I'm happy to help and answer. This weekend would be perfect for a test, and you can start with the workouts on Tuesday. Those using RPE you wont need to do this.
This does bring up a point: while you don't need a heart monitor, power meter or smart trainer, it does make a difference. I highly recommend if you're coming from using nothing, start with a heart rate monitor. It's a more stable place to start, and doesn't fluctuate as much as power can. This is the first step to more accurate training. Fair warning: so far everyone that I've ever coached who started with power from a smart trainer, has ended up purchasing a power meter for their bike. Again, this is not needed but the accuracy and exact measurement is undeniable, especially when used with heart rate simultaneously.
I'll also be around and available for anyone that needs help setting up a trainer. it can be tricky getting all of the hardware and apps to communicate to each other. reach out with any questions regarding this as well!
I'll be posting the workouts and descriptions of the workouts on our team Facebook page. look for an email on Sunday or Monday explaining the weeks goals and more in depth description. We'll start using this method, and if it becomes apparent we need something a little more specific and requiring more data analysis Dan D and I have a couple things we can implement, but for now good ol' email and Facebook will be the thing! I also want to do group Zwift workouts. most likely one during the week. it will be that week's day's workout. Zwift is cool because it will allow all of us to stay together despite the different outputs. We can also use Discord for this as well and we can actually talk to each other during, Dan and I will sort this out.
For now, this will get us started. Let me know if you have any questions on any of this, or any questions with training, racing, bike set up, trainer set up or anything at all really. I'm here as a source for you to enjoy this wonderful sport as much as possible.
As always, happy riding and as Joe will always say, push hard and pedal fast.

11/8/12024 - Pops and Team Somerset continue our partnership
Some exciting news to announce. First, Somerset Social Ride rolls this Sunday 10am, Duke Island.
And now for the news! It’s official, Team Somerset and Pops Bike Shop are teaming up once again! It’s no secret that Pops is our primary team sponsor. Well, we just agreed to continue our partnership indefinitely; a great thing for the Team and a great thing for Pops.
What does this mean for Team Somerset? See your club email.
Also, starting 2025, Pops is our primary supplier for race prizes!
So let’s keep supporting Pops, recommending them to friends and family and why not give them some social media love (just hit that @ key!)
Special thank you to Marc Cianfrone and Pops for making this happen.
Stop in and say hi to Marc and crew!
C ya Sunday!
Dan
8/24/2024 - Votes are in and your new team leaders are elected!
Results for the 2024 team elections are in! Say hello to your new officers!
- President: Dan Dalfonzo
- Vice President: Dan Reiss
- Secretary: Jenn Smeddy
- Treasurer: Marc Perreault
First I’d like to thank everyone for their nomination, support and encouragement to take on the mantle of Team President.
Briefly but importantly, I’d like to thank Chuck for his years of leadership and continued support.
I thank Chuck, Joe, Dottie, Larry and Robert for shepherding the club these many years to the strong financial position
we are in as well as the central role we play in the NJTT Cup and NJBA as a whole.
President’s Vision 2025
My vision for Team Somerset is simple: Build on our strengths and continue maximizing our value to our members, sponsors and our community.
In order to achieve this, I will rely heavily upon your elected leaders and support them by appointing a strong group of committee leaders who share or vision.
Standing committees::
Events Chair: Dan R and I will co-chair.
We share the vision to create a strong Events Committee that allows us to both support existing events and evolve based on the values of the team.
Programs Chair: TBD
The Programs Chair is key to my vision for the team. The Team Survey showed strong interest in clinics, gravel and endurance rides and more. I hope to find someone who can help coordinate a Team Calendar of select races, group rides and charity events while working with leadership to support a series of clinics.
I’d love to see this person galvanize the weight of the team to perhaps build a fundraising campaign to support local charities and coordinate the team to help bring us together for several key charity rides both locally and perhaps abroad.
Sponsorship Chair: Rick Danielsen.
Looking up and down this Executive Committee, you will see that every member joined the team in large part thanks to Rick. He has the best interest of the team in mind and has always played a key role in our vision and direction. I’m happy to place team sponsorship into his hands, where he will continue to work with leadership to ensure the shape of our future.
Socials/Promotion Chair: Brian Finnegan, Vice Chair: Jenn Smeddy
Having gained thousands of views on his YouTube channel, Brian will be an excellent Chairperson of our socials.
https://youtube.com/@carnivorecyclist?si=HrYxtmvLYIFWleF3
Jenn will also be heavily involved in our socials and promotion. As a published writer and admin of the NJ ADVENTURERS Facebook group, she maintains a membership of over 4000, keeping the conversation going and members engaged.
https://www.facebook.com/share/g/PaiZjyg83AC6bpBp/?mibextid=K35XfP
Together, Brian and Jenn will coordinate a strong socials presence that maximizes our value to our sponsors and which we can leverage to continue to grow interest in our races and New Jersey bike racing as a whole.
Clothing Chair: Robert Kowal
has done an excellent job of coordinating team kit over the years and has graciously agreed to continue his role.
Special committees::
Head of Performance: Rick D
As our longtime go-to for all things coaching, fit, bike-nerdary and performance, I’m super excited to announce Rick as our Head of Performance.
Lots of exciting news coming!
Thank you everyone!
Dan Dalfonzo
Team Somerset President-elect
8/14 - Upcoming Team Elections and 2025
Hope all are well enjoying the latter stages of summer and some great weather this week. Appreciate all who have come forward to be part of the future of Team Somerset's leadership, and also everyone's nominations. Very excited for what this will bring to an established/revered team into the future. As we worked through issues during this nomination week, I snagged an old email to Bob Perlee asking him if he could join us to build our website. That was 2010 and my 3rd year as Team President. Something I've both known and thought about for quite some time, my tenure as President has reached it's end and I am pulling myself out of that choice, or board positions. Close to 17 years and very convinced that there are both better individuals who were nominated and other areas the team needs to explore with energy and enthusiasm. Without discussing those who will be actually on the ballet for most of the board positions, it's fairly clear that we'll have a new team in all of the key positions. The only piece I will share is that I nominated Dan Dalfonzo for President, as did several others, and fully believe he is an excellent choice and will build areas that I either couldn't or didn't have the capability. It's the right time and right choice. We will let these elections play out in fair choice of course! My selfish plug! Nominations end this week and our election is next week. Once completed, the changes will take place quickly, but we all realize appropriate transition is necessary. It is important to get started on 2025 and the next election will be end of 2026.
For me, I fully intend to be engaged in the activities of the team, our events next year, planning and strategy of course. We discussed a better balance of workload for the events as it's been a heavy load on a few people. I didn't add it, but the bylaws say the last sitting President is part of the board. I also intend to work with John Sedlak, Tom Mains and others on the TT Cup Committee and NJBA to build more races in NJ and restore our Cup to what we are all looking for. My contribution to Somerset is a small subset of the team history, so always thanks to the Saling's who have been the real stars here, and all who I learned from as a rider, racer and then team organizer and administrator. Never thought that encouragement from Brooke Wilson, Brian Rosenblatt and others to run the team would translate into an awesome 17 years of my life and all the time I've been in Hunterdon County. I'll be both racing with Team Somerset and working with others to make this team a continued success, so I hope all will take our elections coming up seriously and continue to be the great supporters you are. There are always areas for contribution.
Thanks so much and look forward to seeing all at our September 15 event and/or at one of our Sunday rides sooner.
Chuck
7/20/2024 - Collective Thanks to a Full Team and Season Effort - Long Valley TT 2024
As I am closing out my 20th year with the team, and most of those involved with our promotions in some fashion, completing the last season event is always bittersweet, but always needs to be recognized for all the hard work done. As we have been asked to take on a heavier load in the TT Cup in recent years, the team has risen to the challenge. In fact, grown and advanced this year. Costs have been up, ridership down, and the long time experienced members taxed, but still enjoying the ride. For 2024, a solid 4 TTs in the books and today closed out the NJ Time Trial Cup Series. When I started with the team (centuries ago, LOL) these were not locations we used, but the TTs were built and all seem to be well received in the TT Community in the Series. Hoping next year, some others Teams/Directors will rejoin and take on Events so the Series can be a little more balanced. In any event, thank you so much for being a supportive great team and stepping up to challenges. Back to today. And the weather was wonderful!
The Long Valley TT was built off of Flanders TT last year when we needed to move it due to construction into Long Valley proper. It's got a few rollers and is a tough course and 15 juniors joined us this year. Very good, but we went to extra lengths for the best safety we could. Big thanks go out to the following for making this race happen, and executing it today extremely well: Got lots of great feedback all around:
-
Joe and Dottie - don't need to say more, but everything from course set up to review, podium set up, clean up and while Joe was the starter for the race, Dottie handled registration, finances, and kept "home base" in order.
-
Dan Reiss - thanks for bringing out tent, supplies, backdrop and also helping with keeping riders inside the cones and assisting with post race prizes. Dan also got 3rd in Senior Men - super strong field
-
Ken, Manny, and Erich - managed, "whipping", "holding" and getting riders to the line safely and off
-
Rod Murray - course set up
-
Marshals on cross roads and turn arounds - Greg and Maria Shutske, Paul Tippett, Marc Perrault, Frank Villani, and Bob Yarrow
Many of this group volunteered at multiple races this year, and some all races. So thank you. And, of course, we are also here to race and we had juniors Ethan Robinson, Gino Romaniello, and Keegan Danielson. Ethan and Gino grabbed podiums. Also, Brian Finnegan on the podium for 2nd Place in Non TT Men Novice. Rick Danielson raced in that category as was also quite helpful to the team with prizes for the event. Other team racers were Herman Storms, Rod Murray, Betty Tyrell, and Ron Romaniello. Jennifer Smeddy could not make it today, but she helped us market the event on social media to a group she manages, so much appreciated. Today, I was just Event Director. No racing.
While all is fresh, I like to recognize. Look for results "prettied up" shortly by Bob Perlee. They are available now on the Race Results Live Link. See you out there for our Somerset Social Ride and also look for a myriad of details coming in August on elections, our Duke Island team event/party/BBQ, Club TT and more. Enjoy the rest of this nice summer weekend.
Thanks again
Chuck
6/15/2024 - Quick Update On Summer Items for the Team
Good morning all and Happy Father's Day weekend. Lots going on in the Somerset world, so just want to shoot out a message to the team with a few updates. Quite the busy week with TT Cup, races, and Farmlands last weekend. Also, I was the Somerset representative at the Best Buddies event Wednesday night which was simply amazing up in Sloatsburg and Harriman State Park. So all are looped in, here is a run through of happenings:
Team Elections
We have a charter that includes elections in our by-laws. However, due to a general lull in overall interest in board positions and individuals to tap into, we've tabled these for quite some time. Now that we have quite a few new members and broad interest in activities, events, involvement, etc., we will have a full election. Since that process includes a nomination, plus people stepping forward with interest, I am going to work with Larry Dudek and putting this out on email and Facebook, and we may even have up on our web page. Timing is going to be in August after Long Valley TT and our events end and as we prep planning, sponsors and other items for 2025. Lots to do for 2025 landscape and ideas. It will be for President, Vice President, Treasurer and Secretary/Membership. Additionally, we'll add some project/committee heads to do things such as Social Media and Sponsorship, as well as rides/training. For many years, current board has kept our fire burning and this team at the top, viable, etc, so want to put our personal thanks for that. Could not have been done without dedicated board and team members. More to follow!!
Team Rides/BBQ
Dan Dalfonso has been communicating and adding our ride schedule, along with Rick Danielson. We are also now connecting it to the web with Bob Perlee. We are having a suite of those from Duke Island tomorrow at 9AM. See his email, FB posting, etc. Also, it our plan after one of the Sunday rides (probably in July/August time frame) to utilize space at Duke Island to do a post ride BBQ. More details also on that. It's a central point to do that, adequate space and also family and others can come, pets, etc! We now have a larger team community so getting back to together is important socially. [RIDES]
Long Valley TT
Our last event for this season sponsored on July 20 in Long Valley. If you are able to be of support that day, and haven't let me know as yet, would appreciate the extra hands as always. We don't need the contingent at some of our circuits. However, do need people for safety spots on crossroads, start, turnaround etc. This event wills start at 7:30 as FYI from Long Valley Middle School.
Clothing Stores
Dan is also managing a Casual clothing order and he will communicate on that for great clothes to wear pre and post race, or anytime within the lifestyle options. Order closes June 23.
Robert is managing our regular clothing order for race items etc. Of note, we added regular and tall shoe covers and Pactimo is finalizing the image. That order is slated to close June 17. If we need an extra day or 2 for all to get orders in, can do that. High demand!
Racing/Training
We have lots of results that Bob has been posting and you have seen pictures. We actually had 17 participate in the Watts Up TT, so the competitive spirit is clearly back to being fully cemented into Somerset culture. To follow this summer will be lots of group training options, end of TT cup, crits, track and road races on NJ calendar and region, and then on to Cyclocross. Many are also doing other events, Fondos, centuries, NYS TT up by Lake Placid, etc. [RESULTS]
There is certainly more to share, but enough for now to keep everyone updated and a taste of things to come. Hope all enjoy this beautiful weekend, Father's Day and will see you tomorrow or certainly in the near future. Want to welcome all the new members, their ideas, contributions and also, those of course from our full membership.
Push hard and Pedal Fast!!
Chuck
5/11/2024 - Lew Saling Memorial TT - In Usual Somerset Style
The weather gods and Lew Saling watched over us today as we held both the first annual Lew Saling TT and 18th year of the Somerset Circuit TT.
Couldn't have been more opposite than yesterday's weather.
An all around stellar event and thanks so much all for the hard work.
Including here, amongst the thank yous, Live Results from the race.
We will be making them prettier on our website shortly.
This team never ceases to rise to challenges and we had to, again, flex, with a slight change in our course to satisfy the town/county requirements.
All in all, it went extremely well.
In addition to honoring Lew, having words from his family, pictures, etc and celebrating, so many thanks are due. And they are as follows:
-
Joe and Dottie Saling - my sounding board, sanity check, course set-up/take down, Joe as starter/Dottie as one of the QBs at the registration area, payer of bills, etc.
-
My wife Fran - also my sanity check and being supportive on the various changes to the event, and also the other QB at registration, questions, helping to bring items to race, and also the assistant with prizes.
-
Rod Murray - course set up
-
Start area - Erich Neise as holder, Ken Drake and Manny A. getting riders to where they need to be on the line whipping
-
Finish area - Steve Horgan (Lew's son-in law) helping with final callouts, #s etc.
-
And of course our corner marshals:
-
Ray McHendry - handling first right turn as a rookie solo due to circumstances today (Lew's other son-in-law)
-
Dan Dalfonso - Hillcrest Park
-
Mike Brent, Robert Kowal - at the new right turn from Hillcrest to Pleasant Run
-
Marty Kott, Jim Ludovici - Cole Rd right and uphill
-
Greg and Maria Schutske, Pat Gellineau - Holland Brook Bridge downhill
-
Paul Tippettt - final left on to Roosevelt
This is a our largest resourced event and we handled it as we always do - organized, teamwork and ensuring safety and a successful event best we can.
Hard to believe that 3 of our promotions this year are now complete.
One more in July for the Long Valley TT.
Everyone should be proud, and sure hope Lew Saling is!!
Thanks again for your support and enjoy rest of the Mother's Day weekend.
Chuck
4/25/2024 - Lew Saling Memorial/Somerset Circuit TT Support - Saturday, May 11
Good morning all. After 2 very successful team event promotions at Cape May and Allamuchy, we have our last Spring event in Readington on Saturday, May 11. It is also our largest resource need for marshal support. We made a slight course modification, but still need a large contingent. Reaching out to see if you can help that day for a short period in the morning. The current amount of riders we are seeing should have the actual event done by 9:15-9:30 at the latest, so no more than a couple of hours.
If you can help out, please let me know. I believe we have our infrastructure for the race set up at Holland Brook School and the race start, timing, officials etc. My largest need, of course, is to keep our turns and corners clear and safe. Certainly realize we ask a lot early in the season, but do really appreciate everyone's help.
Please let me or Joe know if you are available and I will plan locations accordingly and be back in touch.
Have a good day and hope all are enjoying the nice spring weather. Thanks so much.
Chuck
4/20/2024 - Back to Back Successes
On the heels of Steve Reed/Cape May TT, it was another stellar team day at Allamuchy.
Year 11 of this Time Trial and still running strong, in Warren County courtesy of Bob Peters' design.
What started as a rainy/overcast day changed course for bright sun and a nice podium ceremony at Evergreen Park.
Stop #2 in this year's Cup Series.
Shout outs all around for both team support and lots of Somerset racers.
As always, Dottie and Joe Saling were book ends keeping me on track with all of our preliminary race planning,
course set-up, take down and Joe was our starter, rover, etc.
Dottie was the manager of the Pavillion team at registration, helped with prizes, finances, questions etc. Our overall course support included:
-
Rod Murray - course set-up
-
Ken Drake - Whip
-
Maria and Greg Schutske- Shades of Death first turn
-
Dan Dalfonzo - turnaround (+ bear sighting)
-
Mike Brent, Herman Storms - Gibbs turn
-
Paul Tippett, Marc Perrault - Longbridge left
Thanks so much for coming together to support a great, safe race. Additionally, special thanks to Bob Perlee (webmaster) for keeping us on track with prelim work, flyers, sponsors, start lists, results etc. Also, Bob and Don Madsen were out there taking pictures of everyone.
And, of course the racing contingent. Special kudos to the podiums for Jennifer Smeddy (a brand new member), Keegan Danielson, Gino Romaniello, and Rick Anderson. Other racers today included Rod Murray, Rick Danielson, Betty Tyrell, Ron Romaniello, Dan Reiss and myself.
Lastly, thanks to Heather Dalfonzo for coming out with a table of great lotions, soaps etc. Was well received. Also, of course our prizes courtesy of our sponsors. Today, mainly being Pactimo, Rudy, and a myriad of tires that we've received. Thanks Rick Danielson for those. This is a great venue as the town, county, park and NJ State police work with us well. None of this would be possible without all of your support, so thanks again. We’ll take a collective breath and get ready for our Lew Saling Memorial TT on May 11. Enjoy the rest of your weekend.
Live Results were posted, along with podium results. A prettier version later from Bob Perlee putting this race in the books. I'll get that out to the riders also. Great promotion from Team Somerset!

3/9/2024 - Team Somerset's Spring Kick Off and a New Season - 5 weeks to TT racing
Good evening all. As rainy March has arrived in NJ, we have jump started work on our season. It's a quite exciting time at Somerset with, for the first time in many years, in influx of new riders, including some juniors. I am very excited and want to personally give a shout out to Rick Danielson and Dan Dalfonso, and families of course, for helping our team reignite and re-energize. As well as helping us continue to take advantage of our Facebook, Strava, Zwift and Instagram platforms. There's a lot on the plate this year and a myriad of training options across the NJ spectrum. Wherever that might be, Team Somerset will be well represented including tents at the Tour of Somerville, TT racing, track, criteriums and Cyclocross in the Fall. While we do organize our own focused training, there are so many options in this area for training that we also partner with Marty's, Hilltop, Pharma, TMB, MAFW, and Hunterdon Velo to ensure that all get their rides and training in. It is one community and we all want people riding bikes, training, and participating.
Our events this year are as follows and I wanted to put out a preliminary feeler for volunteers, particularly for Allamuchy on April 20:
-
Sunday, April 14 - Steve Reed Memorial (Cape May) - please contact Joe of you are available and down that way.
-
Saturday, April 20 - Allamuchy TT, our usual support is needed at registration, the start, marshal corners etc.
-
Saturday, May 11 - Lew Saling Memorial (Somerset Circuit TT)
-
Sunday, July 21 - Long Valley TT
If you are available to help at Allamuchy, please let me know.
I will reach out on Somerset later this month, but we have the 3 spring races so want to handle in stride and and in order.
Also, thanks so much to the sponsors such as Saunders and others who have started to help us with race prizes, donations,
and support for the season. Look forward to 2024 and hope all enjoy the rest of their weekend.
Chuck
1/26/2024 - Into the New Year and Team/Event Planning
And just like that, January is almost in the books. Apologies on not sending out a usual holiday or year end message. Was a wonderful holiday, and, for me, has just been a business period at work and spending time with family, training, etc. All good things!! I have also engaged time to set up the NJ TT Cup Series this year, event schedule, and also the sponsorship and jerseys through Pactimo. Glad we were able to secure that for the Cup. We have also scheduled our races with NJBA and it was our recommendation that was used for the location of the NJBA Banquet at Flemington Chimney Rock Inn.
We do have our team event promotion dates pretty well set and they were discussed at last weekend's NJBA meeting. Events are:
- Steve Reed TT at Cape May - April 7
- Allamuchy TT - April 20
- Lew Saling Memorial TT at Somerset Circuit - May 11
- Long Valley or Flanders TT - July 20 or 21 (not finalized but leaning toward doing the Long Valley Course on Sunday, July 21)
As usual, when things get closer, we will align our volunteers, sponsors, etc. Your help and support are always appreciated. More to follow on these. The balance of the NJ race schedule is at the NJ Bike Racing site. More on the schedule this year than in past, but still a work in process.
Another item to share that Tom Mains has posted on Facebook is the NJBA Banquet is a luncheon at Chimney Rock in Flemington. It is 2-5pm on Saturday, February 10. Thus far, we have at least 6 going from Somerset, but I will get some tables reserved as needed. There is clearly still quite a bit of room, but, if interested, suggest registering earlier since there is ultimately a limit on size. It is $15 as NJBA is subsidizing most. Covering awards for 2021-2023 for Cups in play - mostly TT and CX. Make your Reservations via BikeReg.
Lastly, Larry Dudek helped us set up our team membership renewal on Bike Reg. We are back to our structure for costs from a couple years back after a year of free membership. Please renew your membership and certainly encourage others as needed. If any questions, let us know Looking forward to seeing you at the banquet, on a ride, and, of course at our events. Logistics and the overall schedule have kept us away from a team gathering, but we'll always look for opportunities for that in the future.
